A very unique opportunity to explore organic wines from a small winery in Badacsony. Located on the North bank of the Balaton Lake, Szászi Winery is producing some beautiful wines. Badacsony is a Historical wine region in Hungary, mainly known for its white wines.

Fanni and the family is one of the oldest certified organic vineyards in Hungary. Their vision is to co-exist with the vines and connect with the world surrounding them. Luckily, the vineyards around Szászi also believe in organic farming. Therefore you will receive true organic wines from an amazing, volcanic terroir.

Lokale druer: Kéknyelű (lokal), Rózsakő (lokal), Zeus (lokal), Zenit (lokal), Furmint, Cserszegi Fűszeres, Muscat Ottonel og Csókaszőlő,
Internationale varianter: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc og Pinot Noir.

Even though Badacsony is renowned for its white wines Szászi Winery is producing some reds worth exploring. If you also love a bouquet of sweet strawberry, the Pinot Noir is one for you.

Szászi Winery have not been exporting their wines historically. The administration involved is simply too time consuming. Now, via theCoWine, you can explore and enjoy organic wines directly from Badacsony.
