Description / History
Susann og Ralf producerer naturvine fra deres placering i Villány. Ejendommen er certificeret økologisk og certificeret Biodynamisk af Demeter siden 2011.
De 1,5 hektar store vinmarker drives kun af dem to. Det startede i 1998, da Susann og Ralf flyttede fra Tyskland efter at have hvad de søgte; deres egen økologiske vingård. Villány var verdenskendt før de to verdenskrige. Det tager tid at genfinde og genopfinde sig selv, hvilket Susann og Ralf arbejder på.
All wines are absolutely handcrafted, vegan, unfined and unfiltered. One is without added sulfur and all the others are only sulfurized as absolutely necessary to maintain the fruity, elegant character of the wines. Apart from minimal sulfur, no other substances or additives are used.
