Furmint

Furmint is a high quality, white grape that is primarily know from Hungary.

It is an aromatic grape with a high acidity level.

It ripens rather late in the season, and in combination with quite lose grape clusters.

This makes it very susceptible to nobel rot.

The grape is primarily know for its role as the main grape used in producing the legendary dessert wine Tokaj Adzú.

The 2 sons of owners Elisabetta and Savio.The story started back in eighties where Savio was dreaming of his own winery. In 2012 Elisabetta and Savio decided to change their life to achieve their common goal. Among the vines the family works with a local expert winegrower, while they got one of the best enologists in Italy working with them in the cellar.
