Description / History
Villa Sandahl er en højt respekteret vingård i Ungarn, der anvender den samme avancerede vinfremstillingspraksis som i Alsace. Da de to svneske brødre startede fandt de du af at Rhinen Riesling-druen, bedst matcher terrior og klima i Badacsony. Det er den eneste drue, de dyrker.
Deres hårde arbejde har kronet dem til konge af Riesling i Badacsony. Vinene fortsætter med at vinde anerkendelse og Villa Sandahl er nu den bedste Rhinens Riesling-producent i Ungarn. Ungarske Sommeliers kårede endda Villa Sandahl > Bedste vingård i Ungarn 2020 <.
The objective is to create outstanding wine. Grapes for such wines have to come from outstanding vineyards, like to volcanic and mineral vineyards in Badacsony.
The labels on the wines are very unique. Christer Sandahl, Owner, introduces a new concept with every Vintage. It is time to explore the beauty of Hungarian Riesling.
