One Winemaker, 2 Wineries, 2 Regions. Two wineries from two top regions have 1 thing in common: Rubén Proveda. What a fantastic one. Ruben’s background includes technical qualifications in chemistry, oenology and viticulture. To Ruben, Wine is a Philosophy of Life. This is a guy who’s wine I want to enjoy!

Bodegas Valparaíso is located in the renowned Ribera del Duero. The vision is to create modern wines of exceptional quality, using one grape: Tempranillo.
You know the concept: Single Variety, Single Vineyard.
The grapes are sourced from 72 hectars of land, where 12 hectares are over 100 years old!

Bodegas Franco–Españolas is a true DO Rioja winery. The main label of the winery is Bordón. Since the introduction in 1890 it has been a Classic Rioja.
The wines are recognized at the international stage. Receiving recognition from Tim Atkin, Wine Enthusiast, Andreas Larsson, and have won several Gold Medals.

The quality is guaranteed from both the Rioja and Ribera del Duero winery.
This is one of the few opportunities on theCoWine where you can mix wines from different wineries and regions.
